Michael Black: What is the Office of the National Cyber DIrector's overarching vision for Cyber? Jake Braun: Currently we are overseeing the implementation of the National Cyber Strategy, in year 2 of a 10 year plan. Two shifts in how we think about cyber. First, we need to shift the burden from the individual to the folks who have the resources and the know how; the folks in industry who build the tech. Second, we need to incentivize long term investments on the front end of building out our infrastructure rather than bolting on cyber after the fact. Areas that weren't previously targeted such as K12 and water are examples. #TechNet
