Ethernity Networks said it expects the U.S. government to imminently approve a $1.05 million licensing deal to supply silicon-tuned software to an unnamed defense company, despite an unforeseen delay. The group, which supplies data processing chip technology for networking appliances, said Monday that the deal was still awaiting approval by U.S. authorities.
