Good decisions don't make for good cinema. Poor quality decisions lead to drama, plot twists, and comedy. With that, "Decision Reactions", The Decision-Making Studio's regular series in which we watch videos of decisions and break them down using our FOCUS framework, is back! The goal is simple: to get people thinking and talking about what goes into good decisions, and when to spot poor ones. Episode 3 is called "15,000 Cars" which is from the 1980s Ron Howard film "Gung Ho" which stars Michael Keaton. The film is about a down-on-its-luck Pennsylvania factory town that welcomes a Japanese car company. It is filled with poor decisions and we examine one of them here. Enjoy!
