Although Christmas is my MOST favorite time of year, 2023 brought a layoff that just about gave me a mental breakdown. Just keeping it real like I always do (: It was unexpected, hurtful and scary. Within 2 weeks God prompted (or pushed me) into launching my own TA consulting firm and literally brought me a unicorn 🦄 client. Relationship building in the workspace is CRITICAL and I'm forever grateful for the referral.
