Jacob grew up on a dairy farm which drives his passion for the dairy industry. What is your favorite Sabrosura product? Rice pudding What is the most valuable work advice you have received? I enjoy finding solutions to make people's life easier by solving problems they are having and helping them to develop. Best advice I ever got was "everyone wants a Duke or North Carolina basketball team and sometimes you get Syracuse". It was in reference to everyone would like to recruit the top talent. You have to work with and develop the team that works, if you get a good recruit then it just makes the team stronger. The other big one was "solve problems, don't just find problems". Which of Sabrosura's values resonates with you the most, and why? "We're in This Together: Let's join forces and break down silos, because that's how we win." We only succeed as a team, and we have to grow together as one. All of our values tie into this. We are going to win and lose together.

Sixty days later, we’ll spend some time assessing how it went, what worked well, and where we may have underestimated the time and energy a commitment would take. We’ll also look at how this is showing up in the rest of the company, pointing back to how that behavior is showing up in the rest of the organization.
