Employee Journey Mapping: Building a culture where employees thrive is the key to unlocking organizational growth. Recently, I had the opportunity to speak with a visionary in the software industry. During our conversation, he asked me, 'Lalit, where do you see the gap? Why aren’t we progressing as much as we should?' I shared my perspective, saying, 'We need to focus on mapping the journey of our employees. They should have a clear understanding of how their career path will unfold within the organization.' He then asked, 'What next?' I continued, 'This journey should be mutually agreed upon, with the flexibility to adapt to contemporary changes.' He probed further, 'What else?' I added, 'We need to support this journey with personalized feedback, continuous training, and, most importantly, an inclusive approach that ensures every individual feels valued and empowered.'
