We are proud to announce that the documentary A Towering Task: The Story of the Peace Corps has won a regional Emmy for best historical documentary. Directed by RPCV Alana DeJoseph (Mali 1992—94), A Towering Task chronicles the story of the Peace Corps and how its legacy continues to shape the idea of global citizenship. Since its premiere in 2019 at the Kennedy Center, the film has been broadcast at universities, museums, conferences, reunions, and libraries, as well as on PBS stations throughout the U.S.: https://lnkd.in/gUy4eYUx
