Nadim and his team have successfully empowered local actors to drive the growth of Naaam Business Solutions Center —an innovative platform for professionals and technicians in Lebanon's construction sector. This platform fosters fair competition, enhances quality, and promotes professional development. When public systems have struggled to support self-employed workers and small enterprises, naaam.org and the Business Service Center have become vital growth engines. They operate on principles of trust, evidence, transparency, and industry standards. Yesterday's session with Nadim was a powerful reminder that systems thinking goes beyond donor-driven agendas. It challenges us to rethink our work environments, transcending politics and national circumstances to design human-centred solutions that promote lasting prosperity. Our beneficiaries are modern-day heroes—reshaping their futures in the face of adversity.
