Jonathan Castillo US Army Warrior Rescue (501c3 Nonprofit) Heard something yesterday in regards to PTS/PTSD that’s been on my mind and kept me up all night:
Cast take for my active duty folks/vets: You don’t have to see “combat” to have/had stressors in your life or don’t have/had to see “combat” to “talk to somebody.” Sometimes life sucks, it’s stressful at times, go talk to somebody if you need to vent. The military has resources for everyone, they do, leaders look for them and teach/help our folks. If your folks get “turned back” don’t sit back and do nothing, if you do nothing, you are the problem. Stop, listen to understand, not to answer back, understand the situation and take action. Take your ID Card out of your computer, get up and do something. They came to your door for a reason.
If you are in uniform discrediting our military and available resources, and haven’t done anything to address the problem/issue, you are the problem too, I said it.
If you think leading soldiers stops at 1700, we need to talk.
If anybody out there needs help and has reached tracer burn out, call me, don’t Facebook call me, call my personal cell number:
