If your company has an “about us” that reads like this, you will never find the best candidates possible… “…rapidly growing VC-backed scale-up that is disrupting the loyalty management market through its innovative omnichannel technologies. We are recognized by Gartner and Forrester as a leading pure-play loyalty management platform.” Buzzword after buzzword. Gartner, Forrester… What do you do? For whom do you do it? And why should I care? But then again, if you think “loyalty marketing” is a thing…I can see why this makes sense to you.
