Relations between Māori and the Crown have a long and contested history, and one whose relevance is only gaining in importance today. History of te Tiriti, difficulties around its translation and interpretation, and insight into how "Treaty principles" came about and continue to be used today. At UK in New Zealand we were lucky to have the brilliant Prof Peter Adds as our guide over two days of learning on this essential kaupapa.
