😮 It was a first: this week, the iliad Group organized an international #Hackathon, with teams from all our entities in Europe!   🧠 Whether from Free, iliad Italia, PLAY, Tele2, ITrust, Scaleway, Free Pro or Redge Technologies, around 50 data and AI experts gathered at Free Pro's Marseille headquarters with one mission: to transform our #CustomerCare tools, all in 40 hours!   👉 Organized into teams mixing all entities, our experts worked night and day, to give their best and together, came up with the most innovative solutions, fueled by their individual expertise in #IA and #Data.   🏆 Chatbot, LLM, and other models: at the end of the hackaton, the most innovative solutions were rewarded by a jury composed of our Group executives and partners, with the aim of implementing them in our processes. 💥 Kyutai unveils today the very first voice-enabled #AI openly accessible to all! 👉 In just 6 months, with a team of 8, the Kyutai research lab co-founded by the iliad Group, developped from scratch an #ArtificialIntelligence (AI) model with unprecedented vocal capabilities called Moshi. 🧠 This new type of technology makes it possible for the first time to communicate in a smooth, natural and expressive way with an AI. Moshi has the potential to revolutionize the use of speech in the digital world. For instance, its text-to-speech capabilities are exceptional in terms of emotion and interaction between multiple voices. 👋 During the presentation, the Kyutai team interacted with Moshi to illustrate its potential as a coach or companion for example, and its creativity through the incarnation of characters in roleplays. 👉 The interactive demo of the AI will be accessible from the Kyutai website at the end of the day. It can therefore be freely tested online as from today, which constitutes a world first for a generative voice AI. 👉 With Moshi, Kyutai intends to contribute to open research in AI and to the development of the entire ecosystem. The code and weights of the models will soon be freely shared, which is also unprecedented for such technology.
