Not all things. But something. And how do you get REALLY good at something? You do it once. Then you do it again. And Again, And Again, And yet again. Day in/out, Month in/out, Year in/out... Becoming a true 'Specialist in X for the Cannabis industry' takes time, focus and consistent effort. On one thing. I'm entering year 6 as a dedicated global cannabis recruiter, running Emerald Lane Recruitment. That's what I've put 100% of my work focus into since I started. The BIG wins I have today, are because of the consistent, every day of focus, effort, and growth that I've had along the way. So that's the secret: Do the work. There are no shortcuts, or 'formulas', or Linkedin hiku templates to follow to 'hack' the system. Just do the work. Deliver fantastic outcomes, build a solid reputation, and be an honest & kind human as you do it. Then the BIG wins will come. That's the 🔑 to success in the cannabis industry. So, get good.
