1. Posting jobs on LinkedIn is for formality, which means job roles aren't opened or already had candidates found. There is no data revealed from LinkedIn for the successful application rate using the "easy apply" on the platform. It could be wasting time using it while knowing qualified requirements in the fields. 2. Even having interviews, there's no further feedback from HR when using LinkedIn. I think I'll try other platforma for job hunting and use LinkedIn for collecting industrial trending and qualifications unless any public data indicates higher matching rate using the platform. Besides, I value the feedback from HR because they indeed read my CV. #AI #JobHunting #Formality #NonExistedJobs #LinkedIn #HR #CV

A company posts a remote job with "Easy Apply" and gets 2,000 applicants. 97% of the resumes are generic, don't meet basic requirements, or are AI-generated. The recruiter, already focused on selected candidates and other roles, doesn’t even see most applications. You apply on day three as candidate #1329 with a polished resume, but it never gets viewed. Weeks later, you receive an auto-rejection after the job is filled. This highlights the importance of targeted networking and personal branding. In today’s market, simply applying isn’t enough—you need to connect directly with the right people to get noticed. #HR #Recruiters #Candidates #Networking #branding #corporate
