Together with its partners, CropLife Morocco is contributing to the 'Generation Green strategy 2020-2030' and Morocco's circular economy ambitions. The Green Generation Plan for agriculture in Morocco is a comprehensive strategy that aims to modernize the agricultural sector, increase productivity, and create job opportunities while promoting social inclusion. 🇲🇦 In Morocco, an Alliance project helped to boost the country's agri-food trade. By introducing ePhytos through the IPPC ePhyto Hub, the initiative made obtaining phytosanitary certificates quicker, easier, and more reliable. Today, around 80% of agricultural exports in Morocco are covered by digital certificates, streamlining processes and boosting trade confidence. This digital transformation is not just about efficiency, it’s about empowering small businesses and supporting inclusive growth. 💻 This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the collaboration between the public and private sectors, showcasing the power of partnership in driving meaningful change ONSSA, International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC), CGEM, ASMEX, APRAM MAROC, Comader Curious to learn more? 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 "𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝-𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬" 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 For the first time in the Netherlands, more than 5,000 cows surpassed the milestone of producing 100,000 kg of milk in the past fiscal year. Between September 1, 2023, and September 1, 2024, 5,168 cows achieved the status of "hundred-tonner." This amounts to more than fourteen cows per day, and over 450 more hundred-tonners than the previous fiscal year. Flanders (Belgium) also set a record, with 217 new cows reaching 100,000 kg of milk production within a year. Last year, the number of new hundred-tonners in Flanders was 173. The development in the number of "ten-tonners" also showed progress. Never before had so many cows surpassed the 10,000 kg mark for fat and protein in a fiscal year. In the Netherlands, 466 cows earned the title of ten-tonner, while in Flanders there were ten. For comparison, last year there were 406 and six, respectively. The number of hundred-tonners in the Netherlands now stands at nearly 58,000, while the number of ten-tonners is approaching 5,000. Flanders currently has almost 2,600 hundred-tonners and just over 100 ten-tonners. 📝 Veeteelt #holstein #cows #cow #dairyfarm #crvinternational #dairyfarm #dairyfarming https://lnkd.in/duAKKmre
