How do you become a Recovery Friendly Workplace member? We look at a few key areas; Culture, Hiring, Retention, and Advancement Benefits, and Education and Awareness. Let's focus on culture for a moment. Do you have a specific RFW policy that clearly states why the company became a Recovery Friendly Workplace and what that means to them. Second, the RFW initiative has a senior executive that acts as an ally to the program.
