I have been struggling with a migraine for so long, since wednesday, just only now feeling better. It's important to take care of yourself and prioritize your well-being, especially when dealing with health issues. Stress and neglecting self-care can exacerbate physical ailments, so it's crucial to break those patterns and focus on what's within your control. Remember that it's okay to ask for help and support when needed, whether it's from loved ones, healthcare professionals, or other resources. Taking steps to prioritize your health and well-being, such as incorporating regular exercise, stress-management techniques, and self-care, can help prevent future episodes and promote overall wellness. Trusting in a God and surrendering what is out of your control can be a powerful way to find peace and acceptance in challenging situations. Remember to take care of yourself, prioritize your own needs, and trust that things will work out in their own time. Wishing myself and others a speedy recovery and a renewed focus on our well-being.

This video with the right music choice is well done. I know that as a GenX, we focus on the generation before and the immediate generation after us. My children are of this generation, GenZ. And their focus is on the words and phrases the kids display in this video. I don't know if my parents' generation (Boomers), my generation (GenX), or the generation after me (Millennials) are ready for GenZ. GenZ will not follow mindlessly into the night. They will change how we govern wars, resources, and societal constructs. This generation (Z) is the most culturally diverse generation of all. They're not biracial. They're tri and quad-racial. They're not bicultural. They're tri and quad-cultural. They're not single citizens of one country. They're dual and tri-citizens of countries. Having this background changes how you view your country and the rest of the world.

Definitely what we need now more then ever.
