Verian, alongside Ramboll Management Consulting and Technopolis Group, undertook an evaluation of the EU Youth Strategy. Compared to its predecessor, the EU Youth Strategy was simplified by focusing on three pillars - engage, connect and empower; better addressing the nuances of youth policies. While young people and stakeholders generally expressed positive sentiments regarding Strategy’s impact on the youth sector, effectively communicating it to a wider stakeholder audience is still a work in progress Click here to read the report - https://lnkd.in/et8SGPPn #EmpowerYouth #PoweringDecisions #Verian #EUYouthStrategy #YouthEmpowerment #SocialInclusion #youthwork

Diversity and Inclusion Matter in the Energy Sector. Women in the fuel and energy industry are transforming communities, driving innovation, and inspiring future generations. I’m proud to be part of an organization leading the charge in this inclusivity evolution. To truly create a sustainable and inclusive future, we must dismantle barriers to women’s participation across the entire value chain. It’s not just the right thing to do—it’s the smart way to ensure progress and prosperity beyond business. At BP, we’re proud to be leading the way. #DiversityAndInclusion #WomenInLeadership #EnergyForTheFuture

#AEF2024 #MeetTheYouth #YouthSpeaks #YouthMonth My name is Relebohile Phelang Mopeli, I am a Manager in the #Audit division at EDP. I am an impact driven woman with a passion for increased #economicdevelopment in Africa and I aim to contribute greatly towards this goal. Q: Why do you think Economic Development (ED) is important in the South African context? A: Wealth creation and employment are key things I strongly believe in. With ED people, particularly those of disadvantaged backgrounds, can gain a form of independence for themselves and preserve their dignity. Beyond increasing South African investment and profit margins for companies, ED has the power to #uplift communities at large and reduce #socioeconomic #inequalities.
