So meaningful! It is important to note that this model can only be effective if C-Suite leaders are truly ready to embrace hard truths and implement real change in accordance with the data. The integrity of an organizations culture should not be purely performative. Courageous change leaders must be at the forefront ready to disrupt out of date norms.
