Salt-tolerant #endonucleases and the benefits for #viralvectormanufacturing, and a comparison of two marketed #enzymes Host cell nucleic acid removal with endonucleases is an important step in #viralvector manufacturing processes. To further improve the production efficacy of viral vectors, higher salt concentrations can be applied, but as a result, this may inhibit the function of endonucleases, which causes challenges.
