How to acknowledge a woman you admire in 3 easy steps
1. Decide who you want to acknowledge
2. Define what about her you what to acknowledge. Make sure it’s something about her character, strengths, qualities, etc. and not something superficial.
3. Deliver your acknowledgement. P.S. Adding an open-ended question to your acknowledgment, such as “What would you like to acknowledge about yourself?” can make it even more powerful.

Why do women struggle ?
You want a voice ?
What does it take to improve your communication to the next level.
Time to focus more on the impact your words are making than on impressing people with what you know.
Relate, connect, and keep it simple!
Sheryl Sandberg's book "Lean In" also focuses on empowering women to pursue their ambitions, achieve professional success, and overcome gender biases in the workplace.
Do you believe it’s time to use the POWER of your voice ?
🌟 International Women’s Day: A Call to Action for All 🌟
🔥 Did you know? Despite significant progress, gender equality remains an elusive goal. Even in developed countries, women continue to face disparities in the professional world. Let’s dive into some striking facts:
1. Pay Gap Persists: On average, women earn 82 cents for every dollar earned by men. This gap is even wider for women of color.
2. Leadership Imbalance: Only 7.4% of Fortune 500 CEOs are women. The glass ceiling still looms large.
3. Unpaid Labor: Women perform 2.6 times more unpaid care and domestic work than men globally1. It’s time to recognize and value this invisible labor.
4. Tech Gender Gap: In the tech industry, women hold just 25% of computing jobs. We need to bridge this digital divide.
🌎 But here’s the truth: International Women’s Day isn’t about pitting men against women. It’s not a battle for supremacy!!! It's not about us vs. them. It’s about collaboration, equity, and investing in a better future for all.
🤝 Men, this is your fight too! When we empower women, we uplift society as a whole. It’s not about taking away from anyone; it’s about creating a level playing field. Let’s celebrate the achievements of women like Reshma Saujani, a trailblazer who founded Girls Who Code to close the gender gap in tech. Her advocacy for women’s economic empowerment and inclusion inspires us all.
🎬 Watch this empowering video (thank you for sharing, Lisa K.!) featuring Reshma Saujani and join the movement for a more inclusive world. Let’s inspire inclusion because when women thrive, everyone benefits. 💪🏽🌟
