I took my team for an offsite visit and I must say, the energy it brings and the bond it creates, stays in our hearts. Offsite visits aren't just about scenery; they're about energy and stronger bonds. Here's why I believe in them: New Perspectives: Being somewhere different sparks new ideas. During our offsite visit, we came up with ideas we never thought of in the office. Nature's Boost: Being outside makes us feel good.
