If yes, then you need not read points given below- Parents should depict compassion by: 1) Avoiding labels 2) Being sensitive to child’s developmental needs. 3) Practicing open communication. 4) Providing affection and emotional warmth. 5) Empathizing with child’s feelings. 6) Empowering autonomy. 7) Teaching respect for others and showing kindness to animals. 8) Practicing positive discipline. 9) Showing optimism and extending help to child to believe in him/herself and the future. 10) Providing unconditional love. We are all outdated children We've been told to out-grow our inner child and we feel that becoming an adult is 100% letting go of who we were as kids and becoming someone different.  Being an adult is like being an older kid. You're bigger now for sure, and you've learned and had more experiences, but who you were as a kid, that fun, playful person, is still there. Children are naturally curious about everything and anything. They want to know why the tap water goes off and comes back on, while the cars have doors, and move. Grown-ups have to do grown-up stuff, but don't forget to do things you just enjoy, like you did when you were little. Everyone loves to laugh and have fun, no matter how old they are. Holding on to that playful side makes it easier to be happy So next time you want to jump rope, colour a picture, or just do something childlike, go for it. Being an adult doesn't mean giving up the fun stuff you loved as a kid, it means being an older, wiser version of that same fun person. The best parts of your childhood never truly leave you.
