A majority of Meritas’ small and midsize business law firms are planning to invest more in technology in the next five years, according to the organization’s most recent legal technology survey, results of which were distributed to Meritas members in July. Of the 100 Meritas firms that participated, more than 80 said they were expecting to leverage generative A.I. in the next five years, and 77 said they have a formal technology strategy in place.
