While the interviewed refer to UK reality, unfortunately it is applicable to Ireland as well. Low-energy projects and NZEB projects still are rare. High costs, lack of qualified labours, and a culture of Zero Carbon fatigue to emerge. A construction shift is mandatory to improve the built environment and meet and/or trying to reach the targets of 2050.
