Job Description
1.Develop new customers and achieve performance targets
1.1.Producing personal annual sales forecasts and achieving the results as planned, reporting every 2 weeks.
1.2.Update the personal sales funnel weekly and report on it, and conduct daily customer development through various means such as phone calls, emails or on-site visits.
1.3.Planning for annual individual global exhibition participation.
1.4.Participate in global professional exhibitions for board games, toys and other related categories, and conduct customer development by setting up exhibitions or visiting them, and report after the exhibition.
1.5.Expand a variety of customer development channels, including crowd-funding platforms, personal social media, industry forums, online trade show customer lists, etc.
1.6. To receive skills training on developing new customers arranged by the company.
2.Maintenance of existing customers
2.1.Regular relationship maintenance with their regular customers, by phone, mail or on-site visits.
2.2.Receiving requests from in-country business colleagues for timely support in maintaining regular customer relationships or crisis management, via phone, email or on-site visits.
2.3.Collecting requests for meetings from domestic teams during exhibitions or visits, and conducting meetings with clients on behalf of the domestic teams.
3.Teamwork
3.1.Cooperate fully with overseas business colleagues and support other colleagues in customer development when necessary.
3.2.To actively cooperate and support the advancement of related work when colleagues in other departments in China ask for support.
