40% of men have never spoken to anyone about their mental health. It's time to speak up. June is men's mental health month. Humanizing science means caring for, and using our minds to their fullest potential. We believe every person, including men, should have access to the mental health support and resources needed to achieve a better, healthier state of well-being. If you or someone you know is facing mental health challenges, findtreatment.gov is a great place to start. #mensmentalhealth #humanizingscience

June is Men's Mental Health Month, an extremely important time to raise awareness about the mental health challenges that men often face. Despite societal progress, many men still struggle with stigmas surrounding mental health, which can prevent them from seeking help. This month emphasizes the importance of open conversations, support systems, and access to mental health resources. By acknowledging and addressing these issues, we can create an environment where men feel empowered to prioritize their mental well-being. Let's work together to break the silence and promote mental health for all. #mensmentalhealthmonth #awareness

Since 1949, Mental Health America and its affiliates have recognized the month of May as Mental Health Awareness Month, an observance that raises awareness, provides support and resources, and reduces the stigma surrounding mental health. May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness of mental health issues and reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness. At Black Diamond Group, we understand that mental health is integral to the overall well-being of our team members. This year's Mental Health Awareness Month theme is Compassion Connects, a reminder that meeting someone with compassion can make a world of difference in that person's experience. This month, we encourage everyone to take time to prioritize their mental health, and to offer compassion to those around you. Let's work together to create a world where mental health is valued and supported! For more information, visit https://cmha.ca/ #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #MentalHealthMatters #CompassionConnects
