It is within the realm of the imagination that there is not necessarily a positive correlation between engagement and productivity. Factors may vary from one organization to another or from smaller units within an organization. Therefore, it is essential to be flexible and not generalize.
1) ask employees what it’s important to THEM and 2) ask them to rate their employer on just that = a discovery exercise
