I appreciated the article's emphasis on looking beyond superficial impressions and pseudo cues in the hiring process. The suggestion to use analytics and past data to identify key characteristics of successful candidates is particularly valuable. I would add that incorporating diverse perspectives and voices in the hiring process can also help mitigate biases and lead to more informed decisions. Harvard Business Review
