https://lnkd.in/dz8QUumm . 8 years old but we all need a refresher sometimesšŸ™‚. Mutual #trust & #transparency (& #respect ) are essential for a good employee/employer relationshipāœ…. For any relationshipā€”because life is all about relationships with one anotheršŸŒŽ. ā€œRelationshipā€ā€”> ā€œRelateā€. Google ā€œRelateā€. Also, Google: ā€œRelativeā€šŸ™‚. Without these, there is no business. There is no #community. You canā€™t take the ā€œpersonā€ out of businessā€” because you are dealing with a person. A #human . Thusly, a huge indicator of company success is #emotionalIntelligence (EQ). So in this way, no matter where you are in the corporate ladder, we all have this (& SOMETHING) in common lol. Iā€™ve been observing/studying human behavior for many years now. Itā€™s incredibly interesting to converse and & write about. #dataAnalysis is what I do everyday as a #scientistšŸ‘ØšŸ¾šŸ”¬. #Observe an issue/problem, make a #hypothesis , get data, make a conclusion (& sometimes, receive backlash šŸ˜‚šŸ¤·šŸ¾ā™‚ļølol). The data is the data so I know backlash will subside over time with #patience lol. Emotions donā€™t rule over facts. Things are what they arešŸ’Æ. We need to always look at the #reality of the data to be #correct & solve problemsāœ…šŸ™‚. ā€œThe 1st step dissolving a problem is admitting there is oneā€āœ…šŸ’Æ Iā€™ve already posted multiple times about my hypothesis that people have forgotten social skills because of the effects of the brain during COVID. You probably wonā€™t really have much data on this until another 3 to 5 years but itā€™s important to keep in mind. Isolation breaks peopleā€”this is common knowledge. Itā€™s why ā€œsolitary confinementā€ is one of the most traumatic experiences that a human can experience. Go ahead: watch a YouTube video on solitary confinement and how it affects the psyche. Spend time alone on Marsā€¦ This is why #community is so important for all of us, rather than being #cliquish . One of my best friends always says when we talk that: ā€œCommunity includes ā€˜unityā€™ ā€œšŸ™‚āœ…. I inquire with people on the daily basis about work environments/life (from CEOs, employers & employees) & from what I see here on LinkedIn since a little before the pandemic, we need to improve this specific type of relationship if we are to get things donešŸ’Æ. Trust. Transparency. Respect. Letā€™s all google those definitions today. No letā€™s reallyā€”do itšŸ™‚āœ…. No need to have perfection, we are all a work in progress but we all know what we all can do better. Everyone already talks about itā€”so itā€™s no secret. Thatā€™s #transparency šŸ™‚. Treat your employees/employer just as good as you would treat your #client. No one can expect what they cannot givešŸ’Æ. All of us have #family and #communities that we are a part of, that treat us as such. Everyone mattersšŸŒŽ. If someone doesnā€™t agree with this statement, then itā€™s probably because they feel they donā€™t matter. And thatā€™s one of the reasons why I wrote this post. Letā€™s improve #morale šŸ’ŖšŸ¾. #backToTheBasics
