We are thrilled to announce that Jenn has joined Hayden Homes and Simplicity! In her last position she served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Central Oregon Community College. She recently completed her Master's Degree in Public Policy with a focus on rural housing, studying the impact of capital sources on community land trust programs. Jenn will be working alongside Deborah Flagan, our VP of Community Engagement, to expand our public-private partnerships to create real solutions to help communities solve the housing crisis in the Northwest, as well as collaborate with local leaders on Give As You Go™ opportunities. Marjorie previously served as a Girls' Team Director, where she re-engineered the program structure and led her team to a State Championship Title. She also brings home building experience, having handled permit submissions, managed warranty services, conducted new home walk-throughs, and engaged in marketing.
