Welcome new members of our Modern Widows Club Ambassador Council. Krissy Hitz, Jeanie Stirling, GENENE HIBBLER, Hilary Gates, Lindsay Thorp, Dana Kelso, & Lee Ann Jordan. What’s an Ambassador Council? The Modern Widows Club Ambassador Council is part of the broader Modern Widows Club organization, which aims to empower #widows through compassionate support, helping them transition from grief to growth. Specific details about the Ambassador Council includes a training with MWC Founder Carolyn Moor to become a champion speaker in a local community, an annual financial commitment of $1000 as part of a growing “Widows Giving Circle” that aligns with our culture of Philanthropy at the overall mission of the Modern Widows Club. This mission includes offering in-person and virtual support groups, clubs, educational courses, mentoring programs, and more, catering to widows of all ages, backgrounds, and circumstances. The organization encourages donations towards several campaigns, including the Ambassador Council, suggesting it plays a significant role in their advocacy, support, and outreach efforts. These efforts are part of the club’s commitment to empowering widows to lean into life, build resilience, and make a positive difference in society.
