Insightful article including knowing your client, maintaining institutional knowledge, and staffing accordingly for success! My main take-away is to emphasize development of client and firm relationships deliberately, if possible, prior to jumping into solutioning (which I am frequently involved in and under time-pressure, as an internal management consultant). Opening the channel for long-term client relationship development can help us predict client needs and improve overall efficiency. Thank you, Laura!
