The role primarily engages in acquisition activities to generate new business opportunities, while also serving as a subject matter expert in support of the General Bank. This role is responsible for delivering a full range of lending, deposit and ancillary services. The role also contributes to the overall strategy development related to growing the Hemp business segment. Responsibilities: Sales - Sales focus to include in-person, centralized outbound calling, as well as direct Digital Marketing outreach. Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results relative to the specific metrics and goals assigned. Engage with internal associates, customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach. Engage in sales practices that are aligned to create value for both the customer and the bank. Appropriate partnering, planning and preparation occurs to ensure conversations provide the relevant financial guidance needed to drive informed decisions.Reporting/Analytics/Strategy - Contributes to the ongoing strategy and financial planning of the Hemp business unit. Determines business needs through highly technical analysis and reporting. Develops strategies to achieve company and department goals, and communicates these through the use of specifications, project plans, or other forms of documentation.Service Standards - Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues. Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities. Listen attentively and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and preferences; and take prompt actions to address immediate needs. Proactively look for way to optimize performance by seeking coaching, supporting Bank initiatives, and leveraging tools to enhance activities.Operations and Administration - Comply with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory and legal aspects of Hemp banking. Complete required training by established deadlines. Accountability for transaction accuracy and operational efficiency regarding deposit account opening. The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $123,205 to $188,904 per year.
