Today is World Autism Day, and we celebrate the 1 in 36 children who are on the autism spectrum. As we celebrate this day, let us all remember to be kind. As parents of a non-speaking child with autism, we know firsthand the unique joys and challenges of raising a child on the spectrum. Our son Blake, is the most amazing little boy, and we could not love him more. If you know him, you know his smile lights up the room. He is our proof love needs no words. Let us all take a moment today to learn more about autism. Education and understanding are key to building a more inclusive world for everyone.
