Our team recently participated in a transformative training session led by KultureCity, a Birmingham-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting those with sensory needs. Now, we're proud to announce that Landing is KultureCity Sensory Inclusive Certified! KultureCity is at the forefront of championing sensory accessibility and acceptance for individuals with invisible disabilities nationwide. During our session, we delved into the importance of fostering an inclusive environment that caters to the diverse needs of all individuals. We learned practical strategies for creating sensory-friendly spaces and gained valuable insights on effectively supporting colleagues and members with disabilities.
