𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐌𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐞 I decided to start celebrating small wins. My team wondered if it would really make a difference, but I believe it’s worth trying. So it’s true, we haven’t reached our big goals yet, nor have we hit major milestones. We might not be the best at everything or always meet every deadline perfectly. But being a leader is much more than just achieving huge targets or closing big deals. It’s also about recognising progress on a daily basis (even if it’s just baby steps 🐾). I want to show that it’s possible to boost morale with simple celebrations of small achievements. And on top of that, acknowledging these wins can lead to greater motivation and productivity. Celebrating small victories gives my team the chance to feel appreciated, share their knowledge, and build confidence in their abilities. It’s not just about me, it’s about the entire team growing together.

Introducing Yourself as the New Manager

🌟 Proud to be awarded Acosta Group's Quarterly Champion Award (Q2)! 🌟 This last quarter has been filled with so many proud moments that it's difficult to pick just one. If I had to sum it up, my ultimate goal across all my work comes down to three things: 1) Amplifying the growth minded culture here to show candidates that Acosta Group is a place where people build long, fulfilling careers. 2) Helping recruiters streamline their processes, centralize information, and make their jobs easier. 3) Educating TA on innovative ways to attract talent to the company. My journey began last July with a mission to create an employer brand that truly represents Acosta Group and drives talent across all our agencies. It's been a long road, and while there’s still more to do, I’ve learned so much along the way – about myself, the work I do, and the evolving nature of employer branding. Before the end of Q2, I want to hurry up with the news from the previous quarter. I was honored to be named the Marketing Team’s Key Player of Q1!   Screenshot with my grateful, happy face, eagerly awaiting this post for almost 3 months 😁 🎉 This recognition has truly inspired me, and it got me thinking about the power of appreciation. Our recent launch of the internal recognition hub really highlighted how important it is to foster motivation and a positive culture among the team. Creating a culture of recognition isn’t just a checkbox for the Employer Brand; it’s an integral part of a thriving team where everyone benefits: ✔ The company gains a high-performing, loyal workforce. ✔ Team experiences a boost in motivation and job satisfaction.
