🚀 Sales & Running: The Ultimate Marathon As a sales trainer, I'm always inspired by the dedication and drive it takes to succeed in our field—much like the determination runners show in their sport. My brother, Thomas Neuberger, who co-founded Believe in the Run with his wife Meaghan Murray, just produced an incredible video showcasing their time in France during the Olympics, capturing the essence of passion and perseverance that every runner—and salesperson—embodies. 🏅 What Salespeople Can Learn from Runners: 1. Consistency Pays Off: Just like in running, consistent effort and training in sales lead to long-term success. It's not about quick wins; it's about building endurance. 2. Overcoming Obstacles: Runners face challenges like weather, injuries, and mental fatigue—similar to the daily hurdles in sales. It's all about pushing through and finding your rhythm. 3. Setting and Achieving Goals: Whether it's breaking a personal record in a race or closing a big deal, the satisfaction of achieving a hard-earned goal is universal. If you're passionate about running and sales or just like being a part of our family, check out this video from France during the Olympics and Believe in the Run. It’s a powerful reminder that the principles of success are universal, whether you're on the track or in the boardroom. Let’s keep pushing our limits! 🎥 https://hubs.la/Q02LZ6cy0 #SalesTraining #Running #Olympics #BelieveInTheRun #Perseverance #Consistency #GoalSetting

Good morning! 🏆 This is called fierljeppen, which is a sport in the northern parts of the Netherlands (Friesland, Noord Holland) 🇳🇱 This is so very interesting. It's not about the speed, as one guy tried to run real fast, but balancing the rod when climbing and then trying to fall. The last guy executed it so well! I wonder if this had a history like a marathon, and this somehow necessitated out of an actual situation! How often have you been in a situation where you got wet on your way to work? How do you handle it? #Culture #Sports #Balance

When it comes to global sporting events that combine history, intrigue, athleticism, talent, technology, legendary personalities, and powerful financiers, few can compete with the America’s Cup.When it comes to global sporting events that combine history, intrigue, athleticism, talent, technology, legendary personalities, and powerful financiers, few can compete with the America’s Cup. #americascup

A good strategy is important, not by speed and maths is important in taking the successful steps in achieving the goals.

How do you beat $400m with $40m? With the America's Cup now in full swing in Barcelona, we thought we'd share the story of one of the greatest innovation triumphs—how Team New Zealand earned their maverick legacy by pioneering the 'cyclor' system in 2017. To unpack the true genius behind their performance, we've analysed the innovation through a systems thinking lens with Kumu—a powerful tool for mapping complexity. "Run your own race" One of my favorite messages in the Australian kids' show Bluey is "Run your own race." I often use this phrase to encourage my 5-year-old daughter when she compares herself to her friends. Recently, I came across an interview with an Australian Olympic bronze medalist that beautifully expands on this idea. She said: "It's a careful balance of wanting that medal but not needing it... Not needing it for your own self-worth... but wanting it, saying 'Yeah, let's give it a crack and be tough, and if it doesn't happen, the sun will rise tomorrow, but let's give it a go.'" Her words resonated deeply. In our professional lives, it's so easy to get tangled up mentally when we compare ourselves to others or cling to a rigid definition of success. I find this a powerful reminder that our profession, like sport, "...is about community, a sense of belonging, making friends, and…learning amazing life skills like dedication and leadership." In the end, success isn't just about the medal, promotion, or sale—it's about daring to step onto the field and "give it a go." #ProfessionalGrowth #WorkLifeBalance #LeadershipLessons https://lnkd.in/gQGMq2aa
