What is a financial controller & why should you hire one? 🤔 In a SMB where a CFO is not yet present, a controller is the leader of the accounting & finance 🤑 functions of a business…and a critical hire. 💡When added to your team, a controller will help you shoulder much of the burden of financing a business. And allow you to focus on the other aspects of the business (e.g. operations and business development).
