Shiny bags, silver boots, and maximalist Mostro sneakers dominated the industrial space in central Berlin, complete with drinks, snacks, bespoke set design, and DJ sets from Babynymph and Rebe — it was a stellar debut. When Puma pitched in to be a sponsor, the movie was already under production. Despite the reluctance from the movie crew, Puma pushed the collab and in the end, it was a win-win situation. The movie was made on a higher budget, and Puma’s sales grew exponentially post-release. Sometimes, marketing requires some pretty bold moves and predicting the market. About the Olympics and brands. Finally, the Olympic Games in Paris started. In this regard, this beautiful city is planned to receive more than 11.5 million visitors. Some brands successfully use these events to promote their brands. For example, Birkenstock opened its first own store in France. "This store will help us establish closer contact with consumers. There are many key cities in Europe where we are not represented, and we are happy to start our retail expansion in a meaningful way with a landmark city like Paris," said Nico Buyahf, President and Managing Director of Birkenstock Europe.
