These seminars were an eye opener for Phoenix at the Recycled Materials Association (ReMA) in April. Accumulation at scale = more learnings for us to bring back into Aotearoa NZ's market. We are installing infrastructure around NZ to safely recycle what is a challenging waste stream; essential to so many things we use everyday. There are many issues to be addressed here around re-use, re-warranty, insurance of the batteries themselves when new, insurance of the premises they are sold in as new, insurance of the premises and homes they are re-charged in, insurance of the premises they are recycled in.... and the list goes on.
