(left) Gayathri brings over ten years of expertise in influencer marketing and consumer insights. As the former Global Consumer Insights Lead at Unilever and with seven years at Traackr, she joins us to drive sales. Gayathri shared, “As a former ThisThat client, I experienced firsthand the value their data and insights bring to brands. The sophisticated yet straightforward, social-first approach to influencer measurement was a significant factor in my decision to join. I'm thrilled to be back on the startup side, joining the dynamic sales team as Business Development Director to drive ThisThat towards bigger milestones.” 🌟 Welcome Jess Percival as Strategic Insight Director! (center) Jess brings a decade of experience in advertising measurement, having previously worked at Channel 4, Dentsu, and led #brandlift initiatives at Twitter. Her expertise in leading global delivery teams and enhancing client experiences will be invaluable as we push the boundaries of what's possible in marketing. Jess said, “Brand Lift studies are imperative for brands to understand social performance - I’m excited to be expanding my experience into new social platforms, and for the opportunity to design research with a host of fantastic brands to help drive their ads to the next level.” 🌟 Congratulations Ella Taylor on your promotion to AD of Client Strategy! (right) Transitioning from a successful role in Delivery, Ella Taylor will now focus on maximising client value and nurturing high-value relationships. Ella expressed, “I am beyond excited to be moving into the newly formed Client Strategy team, and using my knowledge gained from my time delivering projects for our clients, to ensure we are trusted advisors for our clients when it comes to all things measurement.
