My 2 cents - IVF should be the exception and not norm. If IVF, why not surrogates?
If I had the option to, I would freeze eggs and go for IVF. with so much technological advances these days women can focus on themselves much better.

This indicate that the problems of rich people's are different. They too have high risk and stress issues. Do not run for money. Run for peace of mind and be happy with What we have. Yes, keep pushing for improvement off course....
