𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽: → Daily mobilisation meetings - the 'who, what, where, when' → Meeting regularly with client - the 'how' → Triple Check System - The details that we check, cross-check, and check again. This isn't just preparation; it's a masterclass in precision and attention to detail. I should 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘺 be feeling nervous about go-live day. I don't. Because this is what we do for every new job start. It's just this time, we're doing it at scale. Rather belated post but on Friday, I was lucky enough to attend the Bright Network Festival in Westminster!!!! I would like to give a shoutout to the people that complimented my outfit whilst visiting the booths (I'm the one with the duck tie 😁😁) As an aspiring Actuary, I ended up networking with multiple top insurance firms such as Aviva, AIG, Allianz Partners, Aon, Marsh McLennan and Zurich Insurance!!!! 🥳🥳🥳 I had so many insightful conversations with all the companies I managed to connect with on the day and here are my 3 takeaways from my experience: 1. Standout from the crowd by showing a true passion and interest in what field you are going into 2. Research into the companies and discover what their values are, and if they align with yours (very very important) 3. Just be yourself in the interview stages, be the most authentic person you can be!!!!!
