Your career is more than just the job you do! 🌟 At the age of 22, during my internship as a biologist in a pharmaceutical company, I made a decision that being a biologist was not for me. I really hated every single day going there. 😔 So, I decided to pursue a master's degree in management administration and specialized in project management! After gaining real-world experience, I realized (back in 2018) that pure traditional project management was not for me either. I wanted something that combined team management, positive leadership, and continuous improvement with project management. And that's how I discovered Agile. I worked for several months to afford the scrum training, and after that, I landed my dream job. Did my employer back then pay for my training? No. Did someone show me the way? Also no. Was I sure I would land a new job after that investment? Also no. But people showed up, opportunities appeared, and I progressed in the direction I was aiming for. I strongly believe that if you are: - Clear about where you want to go and your goals - Have a positive attitude toward life and its challenges - Invest in yourself and your growth Results will come! 🌱 Another important thing about careers: don't let people dictate your direction and where you want to go in life. Careers are meant to make us feel fulfilled by utilizing our strengths and skills to create a positive impact in the world. This process is continuous. As long as we progress, we will always seek growth. I'm sharing this as a reminder for myself and for others in these tough times. Invest in yourself; it's always worth it! 💼🚀 #careergrowth #empowermentjourney #journeywithin

It’s been a month since I joined The VONG Movement as a Project Manager Intern, a role I applied for solely on the basis of the experience I had of managing the Mic Cheq Vol 1. I fully leveraged that experience to get started as a project manager and when I really got into it, I was bursting with happiness. Being both excited and skeptical about whether I would get shortlisted, I gave the GD round and interview and Guess what? I got selected with absolute ease. Hehe! To be honest, I was very proud of myself for bagging this role purely based on my experience, despite my degree being unrelated, so I celebrated a bit too much, but I believe I deserved it. However, I must tell you that working at VONG feels very organized. Whoever joins VONG in the future should know that here, you’ll never feel unheard or alone. Confused? Maybe, but enough time and support are given to overcome that eventually. The organizational leaders (Nitin Dhawan Sangeethasruthi S Fabian Panthaki and Bramhesh Srivastava) focus heavily on clarity, ownership, culture, and communication. I personally believe that these qualities are crucial but often see a lack of them in the mindset of other people or organizations. They generally focus less on these traits, thinking they don’t directly get results. But the alignment in mindset and values at VONG makes me feel empowered. There’s a strong emphasis on learning and understanding processes rather than just focusing on results. Being at the stage I am at, I don't know what always works, but I intuitively believe in the process and learning more than the results, which eventually leads to success. VONG is a relatively new organization that focuses a lot on values, culture, processes, and communication. I really hope to see it grow because who wouldn’t want to feel confident about the mindset they carry and align with? This was a short summary of my experience at VONG, but more posts are coming, so stay tuned. tb tk ke liye alvida!

Happy smiles because #sovantatrainee goes Customer Engagement! 🤩 After my time in the sovanta project management team, I'm now stepping into the final phase of my trainee program. Looking back, here are my top 3 highlights of the last 6 month: 💚 Customer Contact: Engaging directly with our clients has been an absolute highlight. There's nothing quite like the energy of on-site workshops, collaborating with customers to craft solutions and build relationships. 💚 Working together with the whole sovanta family: Working within our cross-functional teams has been a blast. Every project brought new faces, new challenges and new opportunities to grow together. 💚 Diving into the world of HR Tools: Immersing myself in HR tools like Success Factors and SAB Build Products such as Work Zone and Process Automation has been very exciting. It's incredible to witness how technology can revolutionize HR. These past months have been a whirlwind of growth and discovery, offering me many opportunities to expand my horizons and refine my skills. And again now I am excited to discover my last department and open a new chapter!

AI-Focused Product Manager | Engineering/Industrial Management Master's Student | Data Analytics | Open to Summer 2025 Internship Opportunities.
✨ 𝒲𝒽𝒶𝓉'𝓈 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓂𝑜𝓈𝓉 𝒾𝓂𝓅𝑜𝓇𝓉𝒶𝓃𝓉 𝓈𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓇𝓎 𝓅𝓇𝑜𝒿𝑒𝒸𝓉 𝑜𝓇 𝓅𝓇𝑜𝒹𝓊𝒸𝓉 𝓂𝒶𝓃𝒶𝑔𝑒𝓇 𝓈𝒽𝑜𝓊𝓁𝒹 𝒽𝒶𝓋𝑒? ✨ I know you might want to mention communication, leadership, or time management. While these are indeed valuable, something even more crucial stands out. I will tell you in 20seconds. This semester I am taking a course “project management”, my professor did something that was unusual at first. He would give us quiz questions and ask us to grade ourselves at the beginning of class and just email him the scores , just put the quiz score on the subject of the email you send to him, don’t send the quiz answers just your score. it seemed odd, but soon enough, the lesson behind it became clear. Every time, he emphasized the same point: "Integrity is one of the most important skills a project manager can have." This resonated deeply with me. As project or product managers, when we give our word or commit to a timeline, our stakeholders, clients, and employers should be able to bank on it. It starts from the simple things, don’t be in the bath room and say you are already driving to the invited location. Integrity builds trust, and without trust, even the best communication and leadership skills can fall short. As I continue my journey in product management, this principle of integrity has shaped how I work and how I lead teams. Now I want to hear from you! If I hadn’t mentioned integrity, what skill do you believe is most important for a project or product manager? Drop it in the comments—I’d love to hear your thoughts and insights! #projectmanagers #productmanagers #hr #tech #managementstudent #graduateschool #productgirl #dailymanaging #iamamanager #Aiexpert #internship #productdevelopment #gradstudent #stem
