Started as a company that saw a gap in the Concept Development aspect, Ancywax felt things had to change. The name Ancywax comes from the founder’s first name Ancel whose nickname is ‘’Ancy’’ while the ‘’wax’’ is an abbreviation of works. The company was founded in 2003 but did not begin operations until 2014 fully. With this being a disruptor in the industry, the logo had to be an authentic one that could reflect the originality of what we want to pass on to our clients and community. We chose black, gray, and white as our colors as they represent the unknown, light, power, safety, intelligence, elegance, and conformism. I am pleased to announce that Global Leisure Partners LLC acted as exclusive financial advisor to Everi Holdings, Inc. (“Everi”), in the proposed acquisition by Apollo of each of Everi and IGT Gaming & Digital in a $6.3 billion all-cash total series of transactions. The transactions are subject to regulatory and other approvals, with a target closing in Q3 2025. Everi shareholders are to receive $14.25 per share in cash when the transactions close, representing a 56% premium to the closing price the day prior to the announcement. IGT is receiving $4.05 billion in gross cash proceeds for IGT Gaming and Digital. As you are likely aware, we announced a transformational $6.2 billion business combination of Everi with International Game Technology Plc’s (“IGT”) Global Gaming and PlayDigital businesses in late February. These transactions supplant the previously announced business combination. Randy Taylor, the CEO of Everi, commented on the business combination: “We believe this transaction maintains the integrity and strong strategic rationale of our original agreement with IGT, but now also provides significant and certain value to our stockholders as we move forward with the Apollo Funds as our partner. By joining forces with IGT Gaming, we expect to continue to lead, innovate, and provide unparalleled value to our customers as a stronger player in the global gaming, FinTech and digital industry. Apollo is a respected investment firm with a strong track record in the gaming sector, they recognize the value of our business and see significant potential in bringing IGT Gaming and Everi together. Under private ownership, we believe we will be better positioned to accelerate the integration of our two organizations for the benefit of our customers and employees”.
