💛 We've had so many exciting matches recently that we can't wait to share some of them with you. First up 4 All Foundation and Neo | Best for the World B Corp™! When Neo co-founder Nick met A Good Thing’s Anna at a ‘People Planet Pint’ meeting in Shropshire, he knew immediately the platform would be a great way to share a no-longer-needed office printer. Nick commented: “The whole process was super easy! It’s such a great initiative, and we’re delighted to have found a great new home for our printer. We recommend other businesses give it a go!” While in the process of setting up as a new charity, the 4 All Foundation spotted A Good Thing on Instagram. They reached out to ask about the platform and immediately signed up! George, the Foundation Lead, told us a bit more about the charity: “We’re a huge operation! We grew out of the Marches Academy Trust, as we were offering programmes to local people and wanted to go further. We set up as a charity and now have two hubs." 🖨 🌟 The donation has brought printing power to the local community! A huge thank you to Neo and 4 All Foundation for being members of the A Good Thing Community. 💛 🌻 #charity #circulareconomy #sendlesstolandfill #sustainable #sustainability #thankyou #supportlocal #recycle #reduce #reducewaste #charityneed #supportlocal #sharingeconomy #repurposing #repurpose #upcycling #ewaste #ewastemanagement #ewasterecycling

This year, PSPA turns 30! To help mark this milestone year, we’ve launched a new fundraising campaign- 30 for 30. 30 for 30 is a fun, themed challenge cultivated by PSPA supporter Kelly Hooper. We are encouraging all PSP & CBD community members to join in with a 30-themed challenge of your own. The opportunities are endless regarding the challenges you can take, from walking 30 steps once a month on the 30th day to hosting a bake-off competition with 30 friends and colleagues, cycling 30km locally or at your favourite spot or hosting a 30-hour dance-a-thon. Just donating £30 can help make a real difference. We’ve created a pledge card you can download and print to show us what you are doing on social media. Simply write up your challenge, take a photo holding the pledge card and post it on social with hashtag #30FOR30 #PSPA30TH Like PSPA CEO Rebecca Packwood (pictured), who has committed to walking the Thames path challenge - 100km in two days 👏. Running for a good Cause: My Paris Marathon Experience ❤️ Last Sunday, I finished the Schneider Electric #ParisMarathon in 4h 02min 52sec 🏆 But this wasn’t just about setting personal records or enduring the 42.195 km, it was about running for a cause greater than myself. Therefore together with my employer igus France I collected donations for Médecins du Monde. 🌟 It’s truly remarkable to witness 1,324 Paris Marathon runners joining forces, collectively raising 13,172 donations, resulting in an impressive total of 678,031 € for 26 organizations committed to making our world a better place. 🌎✨ If you’re active in a sport, why not for a good cause? It’s a powerful way to combine your passion with purpose. You will not only find donors among your friends and family, but above all in the company your working for. Considering charitable giving, remember that generosity doesn’t just benefit only the recipients. In many places your company can get back a portion of its donation through tax deductions, making it a win-win for everyone involved. So, whether you run, donate, or support, let’s do it with the intention to create positive change. And to igus France, thank you for setting an example of corporate social responsibility. Let’s make a difference together – one step, one donation, one marathon at a time. 🌍 #ParisMarathon #CharityRun #SocialResponsibility #CorporateGiving #Medicinsdumonde #MarathonParis

Participating in the Champagne & Oyster Cycling Club of Monaco’s Annual St. Tropez to Monaco Charity Bike Ride for the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation was an inspiring and humbling experience. As we pedaled through the stunning landscapes, it struck me how similar this journey is to the path companies take when striving for growth and success. Just like a long-distance ride, building and nurturing a business requires endurance, teamwork, and a clear vision of the goal. Fundraising for a charity and for a business share common threads. Both require: 1. A compelling story: Whether it’s a cause close to our hearts or a business vision, the story behind the effort motivates and mobilizes support. 2. Commitment and passion: Dedication to the cause or the business is vital. It’s the driving force that keeps us going, even when the journey gets tough. 3. Community and support: Success is never achieved alone. It’s the community’s support, whether it’s fellow cyclists, donors, investors, or customers, that propels us forward. 4. Milestones and goals: Setting clear milestones helps track progress and keeps the momentum alive, be it in fundraising or business development. Riding for the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation reminded me of the impact we can make when we align our efforts with our values. The funds raised will support projects that teach children essential water safety skills, potentially saving lives and empowering communities. Let’s carry the same spirit of dedication and purpose into our professional endeavors. Together, we can drive meaningful progress, whether it’s for a charitable cause or a business venture. Thank you to everyone who supported this event and to those who continuously support our professional and philanthropic journeys. Let’s keep pushing boundaries and making a difference, one step (or pedal) at a time. #Charity #Fundraising #CyclingForACause #BusinessGrowth #CommunitySupport #PrincessCharleneFoundation #Inspiration #ProfessionalJourney #monaco #cocc
