Nurses feels proud when succeed to touch life of others. Ilicit drugs usage are taking leads on detriment life of youth and huge manpower globally. The world is struggling to fight against these smuggled business though more tricks are introduced to make this business prosper. Tanzania is not left aside on this and is struggling to rescue people through rehabilitation program using methadone. In the society drug users are missing trust and empowerment hence imposed into vicious circle instead of recovery. Aim of the program: As Nurses we saw anoversight through the rehabilitation process to bring back their social trust and engagement from being neglected and stigmatized. Nurses has roles to assess every situation into it's totality. We noted the gaps on trust and engagement on productivity activity. The aim of this project was to bring back these group of people to have their social enjoyment and manage their daily life for better quality life like any other good citizen in the society also to help people who have mobility challenge due to hospital set ups. We proposed wheel chair supporters to assist immobile patients using methadone rehabilitation patients with token money as earnings from the hospital. Back ground: MNH is the largest hospital in Tanzania with bed capacity of 2100beds, which provides health care services to about 2000 inpatient and more than 3000 out patients at tertiary level per day. According to nature of patients who are reffered to MNH, majority of patients are severely ill or in their critical health status. MNH offers specialized and super specializes services, offered by three facilities placed in the same premise. These being MNH, MOI and JKCI. Patients who are visiting these facilities differs from different economical back ground. some have private transports that drop off them to the respective facility but other remaining group of patients have no alternatives due to low economical back ground. The group is using public transport, which is located outside the premises. Some patients have Immobility due to Traumatic injury or severity of illness they suffers from and become dependence into every activity of daily life. We took this as risks for further damage from falls. Methodology: We visited Methadone service area at MNH and identify people who are willing to abstain drug use. Investigation support were considered as selection factor, insights and wishes to change. 10 people were obtained and oriented on businesses flow pattern at MNH and other facility connected.Team was given uniform and supervised to ensure safety. The finding shows, the team is doing great , confident, recovered from drugs and they are earning some tokens to sustain their social life. More over patients who are supported with wheel chair for movement have experienced with quality of life. conclusion: Nurse can bring great impact on health care delivery through creative innovation as they know people needs in total.
