🦖 Meet Chompy, Our New Office Mascot! 🦖 Chompy is a cute, cuddly T-Rex, and while he might look adorable, he carries a powerful message for our team. I brought Chompy to the office to remind us of an important lesson. The T-Rex was once a large, ferocious, and much-feared creature. Yet, despite their dominance, they eventually became extinct. This serves as a poignant reminder for us at Heron. Our competitors today may be larger, better-funded, and seemingly more 'attractive', but that doesn’t mean they are unbeatable. Chompy reminds us daily that we can outlast and outshine even the fiercest of competitors with innovation, agility, and determination. We are building something unique and enduring, and no matter the size of the challenge, we are ready to rise above it. HAEDES is a living system ever changing and responsive, relational and interconnected, synergethic and diverse. Realising our essence, developing engineering soul, is why we do what we do. We learn, unlearn and relearn how to generate and maintain a field of reciprocal nourishment with whom we interact. Like a wolfpack we depend on one another. We form a multidirectional web of connections the reinforcers itself and the people interacting in it. When people join or leave the dynamics change. Last months Leticia Weber Oliveira, Karla Akemy B. and Raylton Bendô physically left our living system, but will remain connected. This comes with many emotions like tension, fear, sadness, worry, but also excitement, gratitude, appreciation and nostalgia. Changes, tensions and friction are not necessarily negative. We constantly adapt. We create the collective conditions that provide the needed resources and conditions for ongoing development in each of us and as a company.
