Good to see the 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵-𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥 2023 world robotics statistics from the International Federation of Robotics highlights a trend we’ve seen in our marketplace as well: 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 outside of electronics and automotive (classic robotics adopters). Now, almost 50% of robot installations happen in these general industries. 📈 𝐖𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐇𝐨𝐰𝐓𝐨𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭 – 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞. Not all have the same expertise and experience in robotics as the classic adopters. But they have a need for automation – and often also for help with navigating the market.
